Steven is the person in service who helped the last two times I went for service my, and I can only express good things about him. He gave me time to explain and listen about my car concerns. At any time, he tried to make sure I was satisfied with the service.
Needs receptionist to greet customers. Space was large but lacking cars on display. Staff was friendly and professional.
Since I was the first in line.....so the oil change is done within one hour.
The dealership was well coordinated between sales sales management and financial department process we streamlined well.

I worked with Product Specialist and Sales Manager while shopping for a Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. Product Specialist was polite and initially told me in the morning that my pricing request would be reviewed with the manager and that I would receive an update. I did not receive a follow-up during the day and had to check back later myself.

But the total was not the quoted price minus $50, it was just $16 less than the quote. Experience was overall quite chill for buying a car. Not pushy from shopping to price negotiation to final finance. Fairly fast once we had decided on a car to purchase.

When I came to the dealership, i was told what the first service covers. However when i picked up my car, no one explained to me the work that was done, or any red flags they found etc. Other dealers do this. Otherwise the experience was good.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue. During the sales process, the dealership promised me that the vehicle would have an average fuel consumption of 30 MPG. However, after driving 442 miles using only Eco Mode for maximum efficiency, the car could not exceed 21 MPG. The city fuel consumption was only 17 MPG. This is a 30% deviation from the values promised at the time of sale. Since the purchase, the dealership has completely denied this issue. Despite multiple visits and providing clear visual evidence of fuel consumption, they dismissed my concerns as 'personal driving habits' and told me to contact the manufacturer (Nissan) directly. This was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very polite, attempted to expedite everything as much as they could, worked with us on our down payment budget. Asia, our sales person, sat with us in our new vehicle for almost an hour and walked us through every feature in the vehicle, and helped us learn how to use it, and taught us how to utilize the app.

The sales dept might have been following corporate rules. 2 huge problems. 1) Push for end-of-month sales caused me to be there until 12 midnight, when we might have continued the sale the next day. I'm guessing they knew the car's discount of 2,500 continued the next day. It was insane to stay so late. I kept thinking we were almost done. 2) Corporate policy I guess. Very organized service department, and all the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The service area and showroom are both very clean and welcoming. And they offer a number of free loaner cars while you're vehicle is being repaired which is very convenient.
Bri is definitely a 10/10! She's very professional, friendly and responsive. When we didn't like the color of the initial car, she quickly offered other options and handled additional requests with enthusiasm and patience. Highly recommend her for her excellent service!

Prior to my trip to Mazda, I had a terrible experience at Ford. The staff was moody and gave a lot of attitude. Mazda from the moment I stepped in was great. Asia sent me a video showing me a vehicle I inquired about. He gave off such a positive energy and that’s what got me to come in. Finalizing the deal was pleasant. Honest negotiations and the process was relatively fast once we agreed on a number and got to signing paperwork. We were there for about 2-3 hours after we agreed on a number beforehand. Justin was helpful in helping me figure out the car I want and was receptive to any questions I had. When I declined the extended warranty or maintenance, I did not feel like I was being judged for declining.
Bri helped us. I knew what I wanted and she delivered. We had gone to about 12 dealers in 1 day. Bri was by far the nicest salesperson that we had. I ended up buying my car from you, because of Bri.
We received exceptional care through the sales process. We were encouraged to explore our options with no judgements when we decided on a lesser trim.
